In today’s hustle bustle and chaos we miss out many important processes and joy of our life which is connected with ourselves only. We forget the strength of our inner self and keep on chasing our superficial desires and disturb the peace of our minds. We only pay attention towards outside the world but what about the inner world and we keep on making connections with this materialistic world and disconnecting with the world which is connected with ‘Supreme Almighty’. Which means that if we connect with ourselves we connect ourselves with the ‘Divine’ Many things moves outwards like, science but there is one thing that moves inwards is, ‘I’. This inward movement of ‘I’ leads to meditation. There are three simple steps for this inward movement which ultimately leads to the fourth steps.

In the first step we need to observe all our activities of our body like: walking, eating, writing, chopping vegetables, drawing water from the well. During this observation we have to remain a witness and remember don’t do these activities like a robot. In the second step when we are capable of watching and witnessing our body and its actions, then we can start the second step. In this step now lets us watch the activities of our mind: thoughts, dreams, desires, aspirations, imaginations. Here we have to again remain a witness, like we are standing in a lane and seeing some procession of thoughts passing on. Let’s not judge those thoughts by saying good or bad or positive or negative. Behave like a mirror, as mirror has no judgment. A mirror shows the object exactly what it looks like; it does not judge the object by saying “Oh my God what an ugly face it is!” Exactly the person should remain a pure witness. When we start witnessing more, our thoughts start lessening. Like if we witness 10% our thoughts will be 90% and if witnessing is 90% then thoughts will be 10%. More witnessing will lead to consciousness and self awareness which is very much missing from our fast- paced life. This stage of pure nothingness opens the door to the third step.  In this step we have to watch subtle emotions and moods. Moods and thoughts are not subtle, they suddenly shows joy and suddenly sadness but our heart  remains subtle, and when we become capable to watch our heart, the fourth and the last step automatically happens. Suddenly we witness “a quantum leap” and find ourselves standing at the very centre of our being and awareness and consciousness of ourselves. This is the moment of complete ‘Samadhi, Enlightenment and Ecstasy’. There is nothing above this stage and nothing pure than this moment. So this is the very end of inner journey and we have reached our final abode.

Nobody should follow other’s instructions or belief but only experiment on her/his own and ‘experience the purity of nothingness and the ultimate joy.’ The only difference between the prophets and us is that they are awake and we are still asleep. Now “let’s take a quantum leap and awake ourselves”

Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.” – Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati
